Personal and Professional Effectiveness Workshop
This workshop will help you to identify your personality/work style and develop a plan of action to build upon your strengths and minimize your weaknesses. You will also learn to quickly identify the behavioral styles of others and to interact more effectively to accomplish your professional and personal objectives. You will receive a hand out packet containing the testing instrument along with material you can use and refer to on an ongoing basis as you hone your skills in this important area.
