January 11th 2005 MVHRA Luncheon

 

The theme of my presentation will be the important part HR plays in the success of Fifth Third Bank. I will discuss how the HR function is organized, how it relates to Fifth Third Bank’s affiliate-banking model, and how it fulfills the role of an integral “business partner”. Also, I will highlight areas of importance including, but not limited to recruiting, retention, education, diversity, talent management, succession planning, and career development.
