 Jeffrey A. Mullins is a partner in the Dayton office of Taft, Stettinius & Hollister LLP. He received his undergraduate degree, graduating magna cum laude, from the University of Dayton and law degree, graduating summa cum laude, from the University of Dayton School of Law.

Jeff  practices exclusively in the areas of labor and employment law for construction, health care, manufacturing and public sector clients.  He spends the majority of his time on collective bargaining issues, union avoidance campaigns and advising and defending clients in matters involving the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act and sexual harassment.

Jeff has conducted training sessions for Associated Builders and Contractors, The Ohio Valley Construction Education Foundation, and the Miami Valley Human Resource Association.
