About MVHRA Professional Development: The Professional Development committee works each year to determine members’ educational needs and interests and subsequently to plan professional development workshops and seminars for its members. Professional development programs are frequently co-sponsored with other professional associations, as appropriate, such as the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD).
