Due to retirement, GEMCITY Engineering and Manufacturing seeking a full'time Human Resources Administrator.
The successful candidate will be a hands'on self'starter with 5+ years of Human Resources experience. Duties include managing all aspects of HR: employee relations, safety/Worker’s Compensation, annual review process, progressive discipline, recruitment, new'hire orientation, exit interviews and benefits administration.
Individual must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills. College degree (BS/BA) is required, with 5+ years experience. Exceptional analytical, organizational, communication skills are required. Needs the ability to prioritize and multi'task. Must be proficient in MS Office applications including: Word, Excel, Outlook and Visio. Experience in ABRA is preferred.
Candidate also must possess a high level of expertise in ADA, OSHA, COBRA, FMLA, Wage and Hour, and other areas of employment law.
