Human Resource Director
Location:
The HR Director will be
responsible to provide leadership to organization and to our HR Business Managers/Partners who are engaged in
transformational areas of Human Resources, including internal consulting,
organizational development, strategic business planning, and implementation of
solutions. Provide leadership to
organization and to Strategic HR Business Partners who are
engaged in transformational areas of Human Resources, including internal
consulting, organizational development, strategic business planning, and
implementation of solutions.
Oversee HR transition to
transformational role by focusing on diagnostic and consultative approach,
providing advice and implementing solutions.
Guide Strategic HR business Partners to work closely with leadership to
build management’s capabilities to address HR issues.
Utilize extensive HR and business knowledge to gain an understanding of the
needs of the business and how HR can help move the company
forward.
Coach and develop Strategic HR Business Partners through goal setting, mentoring, training and leadership development.

Establish a clear
vision for the Strategic HR Business Partner role that
is linked customer expectations; create and implement a plan and clarify roles.

Ensure Strategic HR Business Partners develop requisite skills to enable the
business to grow, such as internal consulting and diagnostic skills,
organizational development capabilities, business knowledge and core HR expertise.
Provide strategic HR consulting to a select corporate client group.
Understand the business needs of
the client group.
Provide coaching, consultation,
advice on organizational, change management, employee and management issues.
Manage Project rollouts to the
business in the areas of performance management, compensation, staffing, etc.
Direct the planning, design and
implementation of policies relating to organizational development, change
management and employee relations.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Bachelor’s degree in business or HR related area required.
Proven direct
leadership/management of a professional staff within 2000+ employee corporate
setting
Proven multi-year experience
implementing a variety of organizational design programs: e.g. 360 degree
feedback, leadership/personality assessment, infrastructure design, associate
development, succession planning, high potential identification, Myers-Briggs,
etc.
Demonstrated leadership skills
with ability to motivate, influence and implement change within a corporate
business
7-10 years progressively more
responsible positions, with at least 5 years experience in Human Resources.
