We are seeking a Strategic HR Manager supporting key aspects of our growing business.  As a Strategic HR Manager your role is to understand the business and provide services and solutions that enable achievement of business objectives. These services and solutions will be designed in collaboration with HR Centers of Expertise (e.g. learning, compensation, staffing, etc.). The focus of your work will be to address HR tactical and strategic initiatives related to our Finance and Legal operations within our corporate headquarters.

 

The challenge of the position is balancing tactical projects and activities like conducting organizational audits and addressing employee relation issues, with the strategic responsibilities of performance consulting, deployment of performance improvement initiatives, and talent management strategies to driving cultural change. This is a cutting edge position within the HR arena and calls for a person with energy, confidence, HR and business knowledge, “big picture” perspective, and a desire to make things happen for their customers.  No two days are likely to be the same.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 5-7 years Human Resources experience with corporations (2000 + associates, minimum.)
  • Experience in a client-focused role or as a subject matter expert within one or more HR discipline(s)
  • Ability to travel at least 25%
