Recruitment Communications Specialist

 

Polaris Recruitment Communications, a recruitment advertising and communications agency with offices in Dayton, Columbus and Cleveland, is experiencing significant growth and is seeking a talented recruitment professional to work with our clients in developing and executing recruitment strategies through various media outlets (newspaper, internet, radio, television, and internal methods such as Employee Referral Programs). We pride ourselves on the personal attention we provide our clients and need an additional team member to share our enthusiasm for helping our clients reach their goals.

 

A background in recruitment and excellent writing skills are necessary. Experience working with an advertising agency for ad placements or working directly with publications, is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude and engaging personality – someone who truly enjoys communicating with HR professionals, researching cost-effective recruitment advertising and communications options, working with media reps, and processing and placing advertising.  This position is highly detail-oriented, so we require someone who sweats the details.
