Chapter Meetings

What: The Miami Valley Human Resource Association hosts regular monthly chapter luncheon meetings (with the exception of the month of June when the association has a golf outing and social event).
Who: Members of the association, as well as any guests, are welcome to attend chapter functions.

When: Monthly chapter luncheon meetings take place on the second Tuesday of each month. 11:30 A.M. -12:00 noon is our registration and networking time, lunch starts at 12:00 noon with the speaker starting around 12:30 P.M. and the meeting is normally over by 1:00 P.M

Where: All luncheon meetings, Professional Development Workshops and The October Professional Development Workshop & Vendor Fair are held at the Mandalay Banquet Center at 2700 E. River Road in Dayton. Phone is 937-294-6600 and website is :www.mandalaycatering.com

Directions: From I-75, take the Dryden Road exit and turn left onto Dryden Road at the stop sign. Take the first left onto Arbor Drive and follow Arbor until it dead-ends at the stop sign. Turn left again onto River Road. Travel approximately 1/2 mile and turn left into The Mandalay's parking lot.

How:To register for any of these events: Reservations must be made by contacting the Affiliate Societies Council by phone: 224-8513; e-mail: asc@dnaco.net; or fax: 224-0644 by noon, by the second Monday at noon. Reservations need to include the name of the society (MVHRA), your first and last name, as well as your company name and phone member. Vegetarian. Low Carbohydrate meals and fruit plates are available, but must be requested at the time of the reservation.
Lunch: $16.00 MVHRA Member / $21.00 Non-MVHRA Member / Guest
Lunch: $10.00 MVHRA Student Member / $16.00 Non-MVHRA Student Member/Guest

Registration fees will be collected at the door. Low- Carbrohydrate, Vegetarian and fruit plates are available by request when you make reservations.

NO REVERSERVATION: The cost for walk-ins without reservations for chapter luncheons are: MVHRA Member -$21.00, Non-MVHRA Member/Guest - $26.00, MVHRA Student Member -$15.00 and Non-MVHRA Student Member/Guest - $21.00


If you cancel a reservation, please contact our Treasurer Lisa G. Schmidt, SPHR at phone (937) 225-3332 or email: lschmidt@robn.com at least 24 hours prior to the meeting to avoid being billed for your meal.
