  1. Investigate and assist in resolving transfer layoffs, recalls and disciplinary related grievances.
  2. Provide follow-up on employee grievances and appeal proceedings and maintain associated records.
  3. Design and direct training programs to help prepare staff to meet changing federal, state, and local standards.
  4. To assist in development of employee benefits package.
  5. Help to prepare contract provisions and other items of employment for work assignments/temporary work assignments.
  6. A full telephonic background check to verify previous employment, academic background on all new employees.
  7. Verification of professional standing of employees.
  8. Serves as the alternate Consumer Rights Officer, resolves consumer grievances, and serves as a member of the Management Review Committee.
  9.  Develop and maintain employee procedures for processing personnel actions, vacancy posting and certification lists.
  10. Handles personnel records management.
  11. Maintains staffing requirements and manpower planning.  Attends job fairs and employment Forums as needed.
  12. Manages a personnel program, provides advice to management and ensures compliance with HIPAA, EEOC and other personnel related laws and policies.
  13. Review employee evaluations annually.
  14. Works with management team and Executive Director on the development and implementation of Strategic Plan.
  15. Oversees PCI Community Engagement efforts.
  16. Oversees the Corporate Compliance issues.
  17. Oversees Building Safety and Safety Committee responsibilities.

BS/BA in Personnel Administration or Business Administration or equivalent experience, PHR, SPHR certification or equivalent preferred.
