Do you have agency or high-volume recruiting experience?
Are you wanting to broaden your HR knowledge and gain other HR skills and experience?
If so, this could be the perfect opportunity. We are looking for an individual with recruiting experience to lead the organization’s recruiting efforts. You would be responsible for the full-cycle recruiting process and will interact with candidates and hiring managers to attract and retain high-caliber individuals.
In addition to recruiting, this position will assist in several areas of HR including benefits administration and compliance efforts, safety and health initiatives and other areas of HR. This role will conduct new hire orientation and exit interviews while incorporating and addressing employee feedback.
We are looking for an individual who has 2-3 years of full life-cycle recruiting (screening, sourcing, interviewing) experience to interact with internal and external personnel and with candidates during the recruiting process. Experience recruiting information technology personnel is highly preferred. This individual should have completed a degree in business administration, human resources, organizational leadership, or related field OR have equivalent work experience. Prior experience working with an HRIS/ATS is preferred.
