HR-Xchange

Who can participate?

Whether you are a student, an HR professional, or non-HR professional, who is interested in deepening your connection within our local HR community and learning more within the discipline HR, you will find a place for yourself within our HR-Xchange.

What is it all about?

MVHRA hosts HR-Xchange to provide a venue for the community, including smaller companies without professional HR staff, to discuss and learn about current HR issues. Not only does MVHRA understand the importance of raising awareness and strengthening our position within our external community, but it also sees the importance of creating community within its own 'internal' community.

HR-Xchange creates a context and a forum where individuals can unreservedly share, discuss, learn and laugh together. In part, this project was born through discussion with the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce and The Job Center as to how MVHRA could better serve the needs of its HR Community.

When and where are the meetings?

The Job Center - 1111 S. Edwin C. Moses Blvd. Room C2/C3 - Enter at the South Rear Entrance
3rd Tuesday of every month; 7:45-9:00 am
