THROUGH THE MIAMI VALLEY HUMAN RESOURCE ASSOCIATION
Right Management Consultants Dayton office proudly announces a special cooperative relationship with the Miami Valley Human Resource Association for the benefit of MVHRA members.

As part of this relationship, Right Management offers MVHRA members the following benefits:

  • Access to a special career transition service program designed specifically for MVHRA members who do not receive career transition services from their employer (see details below)

  • Notification of local Right Management events such as the “Breakfast of Champions” briefing series and the Wright State University Human Resource Lecture Series

  • Updates on relevant market research and human resource management practices

 

  
MVHRA Career Transition Services Program Description
MVHRA members in good standing will receive career transition services through the Dayton office of Right Management Consultants when the member becomes unemployed and is not provided career transition services by their employer.
The level and term of transition program offered per MVHRA member in good standing is determined by Right and would include:
  • Office support for up to 40 half-days
  • Participation in Right Management Consultants’ Learning Center sessions
    Right-from-Home? access
  • Up to 12 sessions with a Career Management Consultant

Note: This Agreement is not to be used by HR members to provide services to HR Representatives who are released within their organization in lieu of contracting and paying for career transition service as they would with other displaced employees.
